Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings Slow cooker chicken and dumplings is a favorite in my house. It’s easy to throw the ingredients in your slow cooker and when you come back you’ll have a big bowl of comfort food ready for you. We like lots of dumplings and this recipe doesn’t disappoint! INGREDIENTS 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs 1 sweet onion diced 1 clove garlic minced 2 cans (10 ounces each) cream of chicken 3 cups chicken broth 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning 1 teaspoon dried parsley 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper 1 package 8-count refrigerated biscuit dough INSTRUCTIONS Add all of the ingredients except for the biscuit dough to a 6 quart slow cooker and stir to combine. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.  When chicken is cooked through and tender, use two forks to shred the meat. Stir to combine. Open the can of biscuits and press each biscuit flat. Cut the biscuits into narrow strips and add to the slow cooker. Stir to combine. Cover and cook

Slow Cooker Chicken Breast This Slow Cooker Chicken Breast recipe comes out perfectly juicy and seasoned every time! Learn my tips for getting the best crockpot chicken breast, perfect for salads, sandwiches or an easy dinner. Ingredients 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1/8 teaspoon onion powder 1/8 teaspoon paprika Instructions In a small bowl, stir together the salt, parsley, garlic, pepper, onion powder and paprika. Season both sides of the chicken. Add chicken broth and butter to slow cooker, and stir to combine (mash the butter up a bit to disperse if you can). Add the chicken to the slow cooker, overlapping only as much as necessary. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached.  If you're hoping for clean slices, remove to a cutting board and cover to keep warm

Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy Slow Cooker  Chicken Breasts and Gravy is the ultimate comfort food. Easy crockpot recipe for tender chicken and yummy gravy made with cream of chicken soup. Ingredients 1 1/2 cups water 2 packets chicken gravy mix 1 1/4 cup Condensed Chicken Soup 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper 3 whole chicken breasts , boneless skinless (about a pound) 1/2 cup sour cream Instructions Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, black pepper and salt. In slow cooker, whisk together the water, gravy packets, condensed chicken soup, garlic powder, salt, paprika and pepper until smooth Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker and flip on both sides to coat well. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. When done, carefully remove chicken, shred or cut as desired. Whisk the sour cream into the slow cooker until smooth and serve over chicken.

Crock Pot Lemon Garlic Chicken This Crock Pot Lemon Garlic Chicken is made with chicken breasts, lemon juice, garlic, Italian seasonings and chicken broth. It’s also low carb and  Keto-friendly! Winner, winner chicken dinner! Ingredients 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into thirds (or chicken tenders) 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 2-3 tbsp oil (or butter) salt and pepper, to taste 1 packet Good Seasons Italian dressing mix 1 tsp minced garlic 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup chicken broth Instructions Coat chicken breast pieces lightly in flour, shaking off excess, and place on a plate. Heat 2 -3 tbsp. oil in a large skillet over high heat. Get the pan nice and hot! Add in half the chicken pieces and brown on both sides (about 3 minutes per side). Season chicken with a bit of salt and pepper while it's in the pan. Take those pieces out, add in more oil if needed, and brown last batch of chicken. Put chicken into the crock pot.
